Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: We prefer if orders are placed directly on our website. If you have any questions please direct them to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org.

A: Yes, all custom projects start at $100
Q: I cannot select the quantity that I want, how can I select more?
A: This is because we do not have enough of that item currently in stock. You can contact us with the form above if you would like a custom made order for a particular quantity.
Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: One to Three business days. Custom orders can and often do take longer.
Q: Do mounting screws come with my order?
A: Yes, they are included with any item that would require mounting hardware and they are made to match the finish of the product.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary depending on the type of shipping purchased during checkout.
Q: Can you UPS or Fedex my order?
A: Unfortunately we cannot. All of our orders are shipped through USPS.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Please contact us before returning your order. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized items.
Q: Will your items rust?
A: Each item is coated with beeswax to help prevent rust. However, oxidation is a natural process of all ferrous metals and is likely to occur over time. Avoid placing items in wet or very humid areas, such as outdoors. If kept dry, the finish will last longer then most of us!
