Q Do you accept any other crypto currencies?
A: No. Bitcoin only.

Q: Do you make custom orders?

Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: This varies by item. Each of the products in our catalogue notes an estimated processing time.

Q: Do screws come with my order?
A: Yes, they are included with any item that would require mounting hardware and they are made to match the finish of the product ordered.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary depending on the type of shipping purchased during checkout. Some items are ready to ship, while others are made to order. Processing times are noted in each items details and estimated transit times are noted during checkout.

Q: Can you UPS or Fedex my order?
A: At the moment we can ship UPS, but not Fedex.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Please contact us before returning your order. Return shipping is the customers responsibility.  Because of the nature of custom or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns.

Q: Will your items rust?
A: Each of our items is coated to help prevent rust. Our oiled finish is not meant for exterior applications or for use in areas with high humidity or the potential for repeated contact with moisture. This finish shows off the natural beautify of forged iron and is our favorite finish for interior applications. For an exterior grade finish we will always recommend our black powder coat option. Powder coat is a very durable finish that can withstand the elements. With all that in mind, oxidation is a natural process of ferrous metals and can occur over time without proper maintenance.

Q: Can you make an item black?
A: We offer a black powder coated finish with most of our items. Some exclusions include items that might come in contact with high heat or are intended for food grade applications.

Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: We are no longer accepting any wholesale accounts and are transitioning away from a wholesale model.
